Every year, Energia gives young women and men the opportunity to participate in its projects in Italy and abroad in different ways:

• The project Torno subito, Lazio Region-Italy
• Italian National Civil Service
• Internships

Since 2008, Energia has signed agreements with the Universities of Rome, Padua, Verona, Venice, etc. and also with some Universities in the UK (e.g. Metropolitan), Spain and France.
